<h3>About the Role</h3>We are a small, family-run business based in Maidstone, Kent, operating an online retail website with all orders fulfilled from our own warehouse. We also have a busy trade counter, supporting both retail customers and our in-house field engineers who work on domestic and commercial installations.This is a varied, hands-on role that combines warehouse duties, customer service, and stock control.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Picking, packing, and dispatching orders from our Maidstone warehouseAssisting customers at the trade counter during their visitsSupporting field engineers with parts and materialsOperating a forklift (training can be provided if required)Using basic computer systems to assist with tasks such as monthly stock takes and inventory controlMaintaining a safe, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment<h3>Skills &amp; Requirements</h3>Good customer service skills and a helpful attitudeWillingness to learn forklift operation (licence not essential)Basic computer skillsReliable, organised, and able to work as part of a small teamPhysically capable of warehouse duties
