You’ll be at the heart of our Safety, Health &amp; Environmental Protection (SHEP) team, supporting critical operations that help keep our people and projects safe. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a department that underpins our mission in defence, aerospace and engineering.Day-to-day you’ll be:<ul><li>Coordinating and preparing reports, presentations and monthly performance bulletins</li><li>Managing incident reporting through Synergi and updating management databases</li><li>Drafting SHEP briefing notes and alerts</li><li>Scheduling meetings and supporting departmental communications</li><li>Promoting our “Home Safe Every Day” culture and ensuring safe systems of work</li></ul>This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.Essential experience of the Administrator<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar administrative role</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Familiarity with business applications such as CONCUR, IFS Portal, Agility, GBMS</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li></ul>Qualifications for the Administrator<ul><li>PowerPoint training – desirable</li><li>Intermediate Excel training – desirable</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
