If you join us, you can play your part as a Production Support Operative at Devonport Royal Dockyard, near Plymouth, Devon.&nbsp;The RoleAs a Production Support Operative, you’ll be at the core of maintaining operational excellence at one of the UK’s most critical defence sites. You’ll work hands-on with specialist cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. This is a vital role that supports the wider engineering and nuclear operations, helping to keep our submarines and naval assets mission ready. Day-to-day, you’ll use cleaning chemicals and equipment while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.&nbsp;<ul><li>Using specialist cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain plant and facilities</li><li>Cleaning and decontaminating sensitive areas across the site</li><li>Operating industrial cleaning machinery safely and efficiently</li><li>Following strict health and safety protocols at all times</li></ul>&nbsp;This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.&nbsp;Essential experience of the Production Support Operative:<ul><li>Willingness to work at height and in confined spaces</li><li>Positive attitude towards health and safety, with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed procedures</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications for the Production Support Operative:<ul><li>Full clean UK driving licence</li><li>Counterbalance FLT licence is desirable, but training will be provided</li><li>MEWP operator certification or willingness to train</li></ul>&nbsp;Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.&nbsp;Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
