You’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving strategic and operational people solutions that directly impact our defence, aerospace and engineering capabilities. This is a dynamic, senior-level opportunity where your leadership will shape workforce performance, support business growth through bid activity, and foster strong relationships with trade unions.Day-to-day you’ll be:<ul><li>Leading all HR operations and project delivery at our West Midlands Production Facility</li><li>Providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders and line managers on complex employee relations and organisational challenges</li><li>Supporting and mentoring the on-site HR Advisor to ensure consistent HR service delivery</li><li>Building and maintaining constructive relationships with trade union representatives</li><li>Balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and provides hybrid working arrangements.Essential experience of the HR Business Partner<ul><li>Leading HR conversations across diverse, complex organisations and delivering full-spectrum Business Partnering</li><li>Driving change and challenging the status quo within a business context</li><li>Demonstrating success in Employee and Industrial Relations</li><li>Applying technical HR expertise in areas such as reorganisation, redundancy, TUPE, bid support and mobilisation</li><li>Navigating employment law and managing change in unionised environments</li></ul>Qualifications for the HR Business Partner<ul><li>There are no essential qualifications required for this role.
