You’ll be at the heart of our Fleet Maintenance Projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our submarine platforms. Morson Talent are recruiting for Mechanical fitters to work with our client, providing specialist engineering services on-site at Rosyth dockyard in Scotland.Key AccountabilitiesDay-to-day, you’ll be expected to undertake general Mechanical Fitter activities, including below:<ul><li>Work to engineering drawings and technical specifications</li><li>Remove, overhaul and install a variety of mechanical equipment which could</li><li>Include hydraulics, water and fuel systems and LP/HP air</li><li>Assist commissioning teams with setting to work</li><li>Install and align the overhauled equipment</li><li>Work alongside OEM reps on equipment</li></ul>As well as daily routine maintenance checks, you will be expected to plan and execute operations in a safe and controlled manner on behalf of the company in accordance with the HSE at Work Act and job-specific method statements.
