This role offers a competitive pay rate of £15.36 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay, or £20 per hour via an umbrella company for a 3-month contract position based in Southampton.As a Handyperson/Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the facilities.This role demands a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, including general repairs, carpentry, and building fabric maintenance.Your duties will include routine inspections, fault finding, and ensuring that all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
