As a Senior Integrated Product Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering support solutions for a pioneering Land Cyber and Electro Magnetic Activities programme, helping to ensure the UK Army remains at the forefront of modern defence capability. Working across engineering, supportability, logistics and systems integration, you will influence how advanced technology is sustained throughout its operational life.

Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including attendance at Project Meetings) to support delivery of all IPS Products
- Manage Project delivery to time, cost and Quality in accordance with the Project Schedule reporting any variances to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager
- Identify and record all IPS related risks (hardware and software) in the project Risk Register and contribute to determining mitigating actions that can be taken
- Act as peer reviewer for all IPS Reports and liaise with Chief Engineer for Assurance aspects of all published reports
- Support the Integrated Product Support Manager and/or Engineering Manager, acting as the Integrated Product Support Manager deputy, representing the ILS function internally and externally. Providing guidance and reviews to peers and subordinates
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Senior Integrated Product Support Engineer
- Demonstrable experience of working throughout the engineering lifecycle to ensure the artifacts for the project delivered to the highest standard for the project to the customer.
- A good understanding of cross domain and cross boundary requirements development and interface control.
- Determining and Managing Stakeholder Requirements, Life Cycle Tailoring, Verification, Validation and Transition to Operation.
- Understanding of accreditation processes for Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and bespoke software.
Qualifications for the Senior Integrated Product Support Engineer
- Engineering HNC/HND with equivalent, relevant experience

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role. Must be Sole UK Nationals.
