The role
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be a key player in translating financial data into strategic decisions. Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll influence performance, shape business outcomes, and ensure financial goals are aligned with our mission.
Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner and driving financial performance across MNCP. You’ll be empowered to lead financial reporting, maintain governance frameworks, and present insights that matter.
- Providing finance business partnering to operational teams.
- Producing and analysing monthly overhead accounts and performance metrics.
- Maintaining robust financial control and governance frameworks.
- Presenting financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting initiatives to improve financial reporting and tools.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Finance Business Partner
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed knowledge of financial systems.
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications for the Finance Business Partner
- AAT qualified.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified is highly desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
