The role
As a Business Strategy Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Cavendish Nuclears international growth. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions that will expand our capabilities into new markets.
Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
- Identify and evaluate international growth opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions
- Develop and implement medium- to long-term strategies for expansion
- Build compelling business cases for new ventures and projects
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align strategies with organisational goals
- Foster strong relationships across global markets
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Business Strategy Manager
- Strong knowledge of the nuclear sector
- Proven experience in a strategic role, with ability to navigate complex business landscapes
- Evidence of exceptional relationship-building skills
Qualifications for the Business Strategy Manager
- Degree-level education is desirable but not essential
- Substantial experience within the nuclear market, preferably UK and internationally
Security Clearance
