Kitagawa Europe Limited is headquartered in South-West United Kingdom near Salisbury. Our headquarters and our subsidiaries in Ratingen, Germany (Kitagawa Europe GmbH) and Bangalore, India (Kitagawa India Private Limited) have their own integral sales, service, technical, administration and store teams. Our teams cooperate very closely together to support their specific region. In addition we provide effective inter-company communication between the UK, Germany and India to ensure our sales and service teams are fully trained and up to date with our latest products. Our inventory (stores) are organised to suit the historical market demand of each specific region but can provide mutual inventory support to ensure our delivery times remain within our customers expectations.

Each of our offices house a dedicated workholding design team which we call the Application Research Group (A.R.G). What this means, is when a sale representative is discussing a work holding issue with you, they are backed up by an expert team to give you rapid answers and quotes to provide you with the timeline and knowledge you need to move forward with your production. This group will as ever work in close partnership with our colleagues at Kitagawa Corporation in Japan. Between the companies the work holding knowledge and experience is extensive which enables us to provide rapid, reliable and cost-effective designed solutions to a multitude of different and complex work pieces either for a lathe or a machining centre.
