You’ll work closely with leadership teams and stakeholders to uphold quality, drive continuous improvement, and influence strategic decision-making.Day-to-day you’ll be required to: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage the internal and external audit programmes and promote best practices in compliance and assurance. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead the development and delivery of quality assurance across EMTC and Babcock’s Global Business Management System. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee policy control documents, SOPs, and coordinate quality compliance activities. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive governance processes and identify operational improvements with the Contract Performance Manager. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure contract compliance and effective management of EMTC contractual obligations.This is a full-time role, totalling 37 hours per week, based at Lyneham. It offers hybrid working arrangements, with a mix of onsite and home working days.Essential experience of the QMS Lead: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Delivering external audits and managing audit programmes. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborating across cross-functional teams to support business and contract operations. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Applying business management principles in a complex organisation. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Implementing governance, assurance, and compliance frameworks. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Managing operational risk effectively.Qualifications for the QMS Lead: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven experience in managing and leading quality management systems, such as ISO 9001:2015Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS)&nbsp;security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
