Our dynamic business supports a variety of activities in the UK and overseas. One key programme involves enhancing the UK MOD’s Skynet satellite network; this initiative, along with other high-impact communications and network projects, offers career opportunities for Systems Engineers ready to make an impact.Your Role and Impact<ul><li>Provide Systems Engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, with an understanding of the CADMID/T lifecycle model</li><li>Develop Engineering Management Plans and Systems Engineering artefacts for project delivery</li><li>Manage requirements from system to subsystem, including analysis and traceability</li><li>Manage system and subsystem architectures, creating and executing test and integration plans</li><li>Lead design reviews and communicate technical solutions to customers</li><li>Guide teams to meet critical milestones, applying best practices to manage risks and seize opportunities</li></ul>These are full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility to be based at various locations, including Plymouth, Bristol, Bath, Corsham, Bordon and Tewkesbury. What do I need?<ul><li>Holistic Life Cycle Management with competencies across the Systems Engineering discipline</li><li>Expertise across the engineering life cycle V-Model or equivalent</li><li>Proficiency in IBM DOORS, EA Sparx and CAMEO; experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering</li><li>Ability to manage internal and external sub-contractors and lead small teams and projects</li><li>Experience in Requirements and Systems Architecture, ensuring scalable solutions</li><li>Familiarity with UK MOD practices and accreditation standards (beneficial)</li><li>Managing Stakeholder Requirements, Life Cycle Tailoring, Verification, Validation, and Transition to Operation</li></ul>What we offer We believe in empowering our people to grow alongside their contributions.
