This role represents a fantastic and rare opportunity to play a senior role in a dynamic delivery team, working on new and exciting projects as part of a rapidly expanding organisation.Day-to-day, you’ll work collaboratively in a team of multi-discipline engineers, subject matter experts and the customer to mature and develop creative solutions for our current and future clients.&nbsp; You will use your knowledge and skills to ensure the development of the right solutions, combined with robust testing and acceptance.<ul><li>Leading Validation, Verification, Test and Acceptance activities against the SRD through maintaining a Validation, Verification, Requirements Matrix. Produce test plan, case and scripts for the development of the system to provide the traceability back to the requirements.</li><li>Holistic view and plan for all DSRS Integration activities through leading in the definition of activities in response to customer change.</li><li>Customer liaison for all site integration activities through participating in the development, building, testing and trialling of solutions.</li><li>Contributing to the creation of high-quality project documentation. Reporting to PEM on technical delivery and output. Leading and inspiring junior systems engineers.</li><li>Lead engineering work packages across Radio Frequency Development projects, this including planning activities, managing requirements traceability through the Systems Requirement Document. To ensure the technical authority for all integration activities with DSRS.</li></ul>This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office and days working from home.Essential Experience of the Senior Systems Integration Lead Engineer<ul><li>Experience of power distribution, UPS, rack design layout and cabling design.</li><li>Full Lifecycle, demonstrable System and solution architecture design and delivery experience.</li><li>Design for MoD installations in accordance with SCIDA requirements / JSP 604 and AUTOCAD and technical report writing experience.</li><li>Requirements writing, analysis and management within an MoD context.</li><li>Experience leading; planning and delivery of design build and integrate engineering projects. For Schedule, risk, assumptions.</li></ul>Qualifications for the Senior Systems Integration Lead Engineer<ul><li>Incorporated / Chartered Engineer or working towards.</li><li>Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering.
