We are offering a competitive salary in line with ECSA pay rates and an exceptional benefits package that includes a generous holiday allowance, contributory pension scheme, 22,5% nightshift allowance and more. &nbsp; The Role<ul><li>Play a pivotal role in building the UK's clean energy future.</li><li>Work within the MEH Alliance, collaborating effectively to deliver complex piping and cabling systems.</li><li>Fabricate and assemble pipes using specialised tools and techniques.</li><li>Install and secure piping systems according to strict specifications.</li><li>Test and inspect piping for functionality and adherence to standards.</li><li>Prepare work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.</li><li>To assist the Supervisor to ensure that operational methods are employed to carry out the required works.</li></ul>You are a great fit if you have proven experience in the following<ul><li>Manufacture of small and large bore pressure pipe work, as well as experience in the installation of pressure pipe work, superheater headers and vessels.&nbsp;</li><li>Working on TARs, outages, projects, or new builds within an engineering construction site environment including experience in one or more of the Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal or Nuclear sectors. &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Must hold a full Level 3 apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Pipefitting, Pipework Fabrication, Pipe Welding or Marine Plumbing. Are you an experienced professional in concrete testing and quality control? We are currently seeking a Concrete Supervisor to cover a short-term role for 4 weeks due to staff absence.Key Responsibilities: Collecting concrete samples from various sitesConducting laboratory tests on concrete samplesEnsuring concrete mix meets required standardsIdentifying and reporting any issues with concrete qualityInvestigating complaints related to concrete samplesLiaising with site teams to resolve any quality concernsRequirements: Previous experience in concrete testing and supervisionStrong understanding of concrete mix specifications and standardsAbility to work independently and travel between sites as requiredGood communication and reporting skillsValid UK driving licence preferred (due to site travel)Location Details: The role is based at Cairns Hill Laboratory, with regular travel to three other local construction sites.If youre available to start immediately and meet the above criteria, wed love to hear from you.
