This is a dual-role position covering two premium office buildings, requiring both traditional security responsibilities and day-to-day facilities support. This lone-working role covers nights and weekends on a rotational basis, with 12–15 hour shifts. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong initiative, vigilance, and the ability to manage incidents calmly and professionally.Key Responsibilities&nbsp;- Security:<ul><li>Monitor CCTV system</li><li>Manage access control</li><li>Conduct regular internal/external patrols</li><li>Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies</li><li>Provide first aid if required</li><li>Ensure a safe, secure environment across the site including during office events</li></ul>- Facilities support:<ul><li>Restock fridges and kitchen areas</li><li>Replenish office amenities and supplies</li><li>Assist with light day-to-day operational support to keep the offices running smoothly</li></ul>- Client service:<ul><li>Provide professional and welcoming presence for any overnight staff or visitors</li><li>Sign in/out and monitor all after hours contractors</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be ex-British Army or Police</li><li>Valid SIA Security Guard License&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of health and safety and emergency procedures</li><li>Two professional referees required</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Professional, adaptable, and proactive</li><li>Courteous and approachable</li><li>Solution-focused with a positive outlook</li><li>A team player who contributes to a supportive environment&nbsp;</li><li>Medical certification desirable (FPOS/FREC Level 3)</li><li>Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety qualification&nbsp;</li></ul>How To ApplyPlease send your CV, covering letter and photo (taken within the last 30 days), and details of two professional referees to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:fb@marengo.group" target="_blank">fb@marengo.group</a>.
