This is a rare opportunity to shape a complex programme from the ground up, working within a dynamic team and contributing to the UK's clean energy future.Day-to-day, you’ll<ul><li>Manage customer relationships and oversee risk identification, mitigation and issue resolution.</li><li>Lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality across the project.</li><li>Deliver the project to baseline schedule, cost and performance targets.</li><li>Establish and maintain governance arrangements aligned with our Business Management System.</li><li>Plan and monitor project profit and loss, and submit Monthly Review Reports.</li></ul>This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, based at our Bristol site. Hybrid working patterns are available, with 2–3 days per week expected on site.Essential experience of the Project Manager:<ul><li>Manage projects with budgets exceeding £10 million.</li><li>Apply Earned Value Management techniques to track and optimise performance.</li><li>Demonstrate proven experience in nuclear or other highly regulated industries.</li></ul>Qualifications for the Project Manager:<ul><li>A recognised project management qualification (e.g. APM).</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
