This is an opportunity to consolidate, strategise, and transform how procurement operates across the organisation.This is a management role with a genuine chance to shape the future of procurement for a well-established business.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and deliver a clear procurement strategy, focusing on cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Lead, motivate and upskill the procurement function, supporting their continued development</li><li>Consolidate the supplier base and manage key commercial relationships. Including experience in sourcing machining and plastic mouldings.</li><li>A confident negotiator, influencer, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Able to drive change and continuous improvement through process and people.</li></ul>
