This role offers exposure to complex transformation programmes and the chance to influence the future of defence technology.<ul><li>Leading medium to large-scale projects within transformation programmes, delivering solutions for complex asset management</li><li>Acting as Product Owner for key systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives&nbsp;</li><li>Modelling business information and producing system design documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Building strong customer relationships based on trust and collaboration&nbsp;</li><li>Working with technical architects to develop system architecture design and documentation</li></ul>This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.Essential experience of the Senior Business Analyst<ul><li>Proven product ownership experience within an agile delivery framework&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to deliver detailed system documentation within a waterfall framework&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of software solution architectures and system design&nbsp;</li><li>Experience developing system models and using design tools (e.g., UML, enterprise architecture frameworks)&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge management and mentoring skills</li></ul>Qualifications for the Senior Business Analyst<ul><li>Degree in an IT-related discipline, BCS Business Analysis qualification, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst</li></ul>Security Clearance The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
