What do I need?<ul type="disc"><li>Broad experience in Systems Engineering, with a strong grasp of full life cycle management.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the engineering life cycle, including the V-Model or similar frameworks.</li><li>Skilled in using IBM DOORS, EA Sparx, CAMEO, Siemens Team Centre with hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).</li><li>Proven ability to lead small teams and manage both internal and external subcontractors.</li><li>Strong background in requirements management and systems architecture, delivering scalable and robust solutions.
