This is a chance to grow your career in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment where engineering meets impact.<ul><li>Provide technical expertise in developing and supporting repair/test methods for mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.</li><li>Support repair estimations and ensure processes are technician friendly.</li><li>Maintain product support throughout its lifecycle, liaising with project, procurement and engineering teams.</li><li>Act as the process owner for a range of repairs, from simple to highly complex.</li></ul>This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.Essential Experience of the Production Engineer<ul><li>Comfortable working autonomously and within a team.</li><li>Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and load testing procedures.</li><li>Proven experience in repair, hydraulic, and pneumatic processes.</li><li>Ability to solve complex manufacturing problems independently and collaboratively.</li></ul>Qualifications for the Production Engineer<ul><li>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS/SAP), NDT processes, and a background in manufacturing engineering.</li><li>City &amp; Guilds, BTEC, or HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. However, the successful candidate will be eligible to start on Standard (BPSS) security clearance, but will need to obtain Security Check (SC) security clearance once in post.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
