You’ll be at the heart of ensuring excellence across our production facilities. Your work will help maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance, supporting projects that make a real difference to national security and public safety. This is an opportunity to develop your career in engineering and defence while contributing to something bigger.Day-to-day you’ll be:<ul><li>Supporting production with scheduled audits and documentation reviews.</li><li>Investigating and reporting product issues using 4C and 8D methodologies.</li><li>Managing non-conformance throughout the build process and raising interventions on Q-Pulse.</li><li>Ensuring accurate completion of documentation and final inspection before product release.</li><li>Developing and maintaining quality standards to support production.</li></ul>This role is full time, 39 hours per week Monday to Friday and is based on site at Walsall.&nbsp;Essential experience of the Quality Technician:<ul><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.</li><li>Skilled in data analysis and trend chart creation.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Background in engineering or manufacturing.</li></ul>Qualifications for the Quality Technician:<ul><li>Relevant engineering or quality-related qualification (preferred).</li><li>Equivalent experience in a quality or inspection role will be considered.</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
