You will be responsible for issuing personnel and vehicle passes to RAF High Wycombe staff and visitors, in line with the Control of Entry Policy and supporting the HADES contract.Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Facilitate secure and efficient access to RAF High Wycombe</li><li>Maintain effective working relationships with RAF Police and Military Provost Guard Service</li><li>Create and manage group passes for large-scale events and high-profile visits</li><li>Verify personnel clearances prior to issuing passes.</li></ul>This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at RAF High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.Essential experience of the Passes and Permit Clerk:<ul><li>Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills; thrives in small team environments</li><li>Committed to delivering excellent customer service</li><li>Highly responsible, adaptable, and self-motivated</li><li>Skilled in analysis and problem-solving</li><li>Confident using computers; SISYS access control system training provided</li></ul>Qualifications for the Passes and Permit Clerk: We value difference and don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and/or willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
