If you join us, you can play your part as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Rosyth, near Dunfermline, Fife.<a></a>The roleAs a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll take the lead in managing complex employee relations cases and settlement negotiations, while coaching and supporting the ER team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll influence business best practices, develop policies and processes, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Your work will help shape a positive, fair, and legally compliant workplace, making a real difference to our people and our organisation.Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Acting as the first point of contact for all ER-related matters</li><li>Providing governance and guidance for change programmes, including TUPE and restructuring</li><li>Advising and coaching managers on employment law and policy to ensure fair and consistent decisions</li><li>Building partnerships with business leaders and HR teams to sustain positive employee relations</li><li>Keeping up to date with employment law, legislation, and best practice</li></ul>This role is full time, 36 hours per week and is based on site at Rosyth.Essential experience of the Senior Employee Relations Specialist:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Employee Relations expert within a complex global organisation</li><li>Strong understanding of ER, employment law, and relevant legislation</li><li>Experience operating in a unionised environment</li><li>Commercially and data-driven approach with innovative problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with confidence and proactivity.</li></ul>Qualifications for the Senior Employee Relations Specialist:<ul><li>CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
