This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference - ensuring our workforce feels at their best and works in environments that support their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.Day-to-day you’ll be:<ul><li>Leading the delivery of occupational health and industrial hygiene services in partnership with our external provider</li><li>Designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives that support physical, mental, financial, and social health</li><li>Providing expert advice to managers and employees on health, wellbeing, and workplace adjustments</li><li>Monitoring health and wellbeing data, identifying trends, and reporting insights to senior leaders</li><li>Building strong relationships with leadership teams and the wider workforce</li></ul>This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.Essential experience of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager<ul><li>Proven experience in leading and managing occupational health and wellbeing functions</li><li>Background in delivering occupational health services</li><li>Skilled in interpreting health and wellbeing data and producing actionable reports</li><li>Experience managing external contracts related to occupational health and wellbeing</li><li>Demonstrable success in developing and implementing wellbeing strategies and initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications for the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager<ul><li>Qualification in occupational health (e.g. nurse, physician)</li><li>NEBOSH General Certificate - desirable</li><li>Project Management qualification - desirable</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
