Hybrid working patterns are available. Travel to other Babcock and customer sites will be expected.Essential experience of the Internal Training Specialist:<ul><li>Proven experience in education/training quality assurance.</li><li>Must have a background in delivering training within apprenticeship or commercial environment and must have previous experience in delivering AET, CET and CAVA</li><li>Background in delivering training within apprenticeship or commercial environments.</li><li>Knowledge of DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training ) process is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge working in a military environment would be an advantage</li></ul>Qualifications for the Internal Training Specialist:<ul><li>Level 5 or above teaching qualification</li><li>Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent</li><li>Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA)</li><li>Level 4 IQA qualification</li><li>Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring qualification is desirable</li></ul>Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
