You’ll be at the heart of our corporate operations, delivering high-level technical support to our Executive Committee and senior stakeholders.Day-to-day, you’ll be delivering ‘white glove’ IT support to Babcock’s Executive Committee.<ul type="disc"><li>Resolving faults across all end-user platforms with speed and precision</li><li>Supporting MS Teams meetings and video conferencing events end-to-end</li><li>Providing desktop support via phone, email and in-person across the Group</li><li>Troubleshooting issues with PCs, laptops, printers, LAN, and mobile devices</li></ul>This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at Wigmore Street.Essential experience of the Head Office IT Support Specialist:<ul type="disc"><li>Supporting executive-level users in a Head Office environment</li><li>Thriving under pressure and meeting service level agreements</li><li>Working within ITIL frameworks and processes</li><li>Providing 2nd Line desktop support in a Windows 11 environment</li><li>Configuring and supporting MS Teams (including live events), Polycom VC, and mobile devices (MDM, Intune, iPhones/iPads)</li></ul>Qualifications for the Head Office IT Support Specialist:<ul type="disc"><li>Relevant IT certifications or equivalent experience in desktop support</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification would be preferred</li><li>Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102) would be preferred</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
