You drive the development and delivery of quality strategies that align with Cavendish Nuclear’s objectives and ensure our projects meet customer, regulatory and stakeholder requirements&nbsp;Day-to-day, you’ll be<ul><li>Driving the development and delivery of quality strategies and plans across programmes and projects.</li><li>Coaching and advising teams at all levels to embed quality practices and a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Supporting senior leaders to define processes, set quality targets and assure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.</li><li>Ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured and met through robust management systems and effective assurance.</li><li>Tailoring quality frameworks for specific projects and activities to enable safe, efficient and repeatable delivery.</li></ul>&nbsp;This is a full‑time, permanent role working 37 hours per week, based primarily at our Leicester (Leicestershire) or Warrington (Cheshire) sites. Hybrid working patterns are available with four days per week on site.&nbsp;Essential experience of the Quality Delivery Lead:<ul><li>Proven track record in a nuclear or other highly regulated industry delivering quality strategy and assurance at programme or business level.</li><li>ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training, with hands‑on audit planning and execution experience.</li><li>Experience developing, implementing and improving quality management systems (QMS) and associated processes.</li><li>Experience influencing and coaching multi‑disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to embed quality.</li><li>Strong supplier and stakeholder management across complex supply chains and multiple concurrent projects.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications for the Quality Delivery Lead:<ul><li>Essential: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training.</li><li>Preferred: HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (e.g. engineering).</li></ul>&nbsp;Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
