You’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate financial reporting and project controls, helping us meet customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.<ul><li>Supporting cost and project controls activities across the Spares and Kitting business</li><li>Producing and presenting financial reports and statistical data to inform decision-making</li><li>Managing delivery performance against customer KPIs</li><li>Contributing to the development and improvement of our in-house finance forecasting system</li><li>Collaborating with commercial teams to ensure contract compliance and financial accuracy</li></ul>This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, based at Leicester, Leicestershire. Hybrid working patterns are available, with 2–3 days in the office.Essential experience of the Cost Specialist:<ul><li>Working hands-on with profit and loss accounts, cash flow and account balancing</li><li>Managing commercial elements of contracts, including payment terms and conditions</li><li>Delivering financial insights and reporting in a project-based environment</li></ul>Qualifications for the Cost Specialist:<ul><li>Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Business, Engineering) – preferred</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
