You’ll maintain a robust control and governance framework while supporting strategic decision-making that impacts projects critical to national security.&nbsp;Day-to-day, you’ll provide financial leadership and partner with operational managers to deliver outstanding performance.&nbsp;<ul><li>Managing production of monthly, quarterly, and five-year financial reporting and forecasts.</li><li>Maintaining complete and accurate accounting records.</li><li>Ensuring contract amounts are billed accurately and on time for efficient cash collection.</li><li>Applying appropriate accounting standards, including IFRS 15.</li><li>Reviewing projects regularly to ensure compliance with governance requirements.</li></ul>&nbsp;This role is full time, 35, hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with <a></a>3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.&nbsp;Essential experience of the Finance Business Partnering Manager<ul><li>Detailed knowledge of financial systems.</li><li>Strong Excel and data analysis skills.</li><li>Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS 15 long-term contract accounting (highly desirable).</li><li>Experience in a highly regulated industry such as defence (preferred but not essential).</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications for the Finance Business Partnering Manager<ul><li>Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or equivalent.</li></ul>&nbsp;Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.&nbsp;Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
