Together, we’re innovating to make nuclear safer, faster and more cost-effective across the energy lifecycle – including our work with Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C and X Energy.Day to day you'll:<ul><li>Promote effective collaboration across Engineering and other functional teams</li><li>Interface with customers and the supply chain on design issues and support procurement specifications</li><li>Ensure correct application of procedures, codes and standards to technical and engineering activities</li><li>Contribute to product safety assessments and act as a technical interface with stakeholders</li><li>Conduct technical investigations and analysis to resolve problems and improve designs</li><li>Drive process improvements across the operational/design lifecycle to enhance quality and efficiency</li></ul>This is a full-time role (37 hours per week), based at one of our offices in Bristol, Warrington (Cheshire), Leicester (Leicestershire) or Newbury (Berkshire), with hybrid working arrangements (three days in the office).&nbsp; &nbsp;Essential experience of the Mechanical Engineer:Nuclear experience is not a requirement for this role.
