This is a critical role that ensures strategic alignment, project integrity and informed decision making - making a real difference to national security and the future of defence engineering.&nbsp;Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of change management professionals and operating within a matrix management environment.&nbsp;<ul><li>Leading the creation and application of change control frameworks and procedures across projects and programmes.</li><li>Managing and mentoring a small team of project controls professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.</li><li>Interfacing with Planning, Cost Control and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and compliance.</li><li>Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to clarify change impacts and secure alignment.</li><li>Influencing Delivery teams to ensure consistent application of change control processes.</li></ul>&nbsp;This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.&nbsp;Essential experience of the Change Control Manager <ul><li>Proven experience in project controls or project management, with a focus on change control or commercial management.</li><li>Ability to manage complex change processes across large-scale projects or programmes.</li><li>Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).</li><li>Familiarity with project controls systems (e.g., Primavera, CEMAR, SAP).</li><li>Experience managing or mentoring team members within matrixed organisations.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications for the <a></a>Change Control Manager<ul><li>Professional qualification in project management or controls (e.g., APM, PMI, or equivalent).</li></ul>&nbsp;Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.&nbsp;Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
