If you join us, you can play your part as a&nbsp;Vehicle Conversion Technician&nbsp;at our&nbsp;Walsall site, near&nbsp;Birmingham, West Midlands.The roleAs a Vehicle Conversion Technician, you’ll be at the heart of transforming vehicles into mission ready assets. From executive cars to light commercial vehicles, you’ll oversee bespoke conversions that support critical operations across defence and emergency services. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly contribute to national safety and operational excellence.&nbsp;Day-to-day you’ll be:<ul type="disc"><li>Handling minor mechanical tasks such as brake fluid changes</li><li>Removing and fitting seats, panels, roof linings, door cards, and interior trims</li><li>Stripping and refitting entire vehicles for conversion</li><li>Installing and removing automotive components and switch gear</li><li>Preparing vehicles for specialist upgrades and modifications</li></ul>Please note that this position involves manual work.
