You’ll be part of a collaborative team working on high-impact projects that contribute to national security and innovation in engineering.Day-to-day, you’ll<ul type="disc"><li>Register and capture documents in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), including Cavendish, client, and subcontractor documentation</li><li>Review document formats, coding, and ensuring adherence to approval processes</li><li>Circulate documents for review, acceptance, and information sharing</li><li>Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status reports</li><li>Archiving, closing out, and handing over documentation at project completion</li></ul>This is a full-time, permanent position based in Warrington, Cheshire or Bristol&nbsp;with a&nbsp;minimum of two days onsite per week.&nbsp;Hybrid working patterns are available.Essential experience of the Document Controller:<ul type="disc"><li>Experience applying document management in a complex environment</li><li>Recent and relevant experience in a similar role within a regulated industry</li><li>Awareness of contracting methodologies (e.g. FIDIC, NEC3, JCT)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of document management techniques and toolsets</li><li>Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to closeout</li></ul>Qualifications for the Document Controller:<ul type="disc"><li>A relevant qualification in Information Management or Document Control is advantageous</li><li>A National Diploma in Business Administration (Level 3) or equivalent is preferred</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
