As a Training Developer, you’ll be a creative force within the People Capability Enhancement Programme (PCEP), helping shape how competencies are trained for the current and future workforce. You’ll work closely with analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to develop sustainable, high-impact training solutions that support the regeneration of submarine capability.
