What you’ll do:<ul><li>Driving strategic cost planning by developing robust pre-tender estimates and evaluating design alternatives.</li><li>Delivering insightful financial reporting to support project and client decision-making.</li><li>Shaping project budgets in collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams.</li><li>Supporting high-stakes contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial outcomes.</li><li>Monitoring financial performance and recommending corrective actions to maintain profitability.</li></ul>What you’ll need: <ul><li>Strong knowledge of building and construction practices.</li><li>Experience with Ministry of Defence (MOD) contracts.</li><li>Proficiency in NEC3 or NEC4 contract frameworks.</li><li>Background in project management.
