You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver technical solutions across complex projects from concept design through to full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet budget and performance targets, while acting as a Technical or Design Authority to provide assurance across a range of assets.Day-to-day, you will<ul><li>Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver project scope effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee technical solutions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as Technical/Design Authority, providing assurance and governance.&nbsp;</li><li>Integrate multi-disciplinary tasks and work packages across the project lifecycle.&nbsp;</li><li>Support estimating and planning for engineering scope from concept to completion.</li></ul>This is apermanent role, working 37 hours per week, based at Warrington, Cheshire, with at least three days onsite per week.Essential experience of the Engineering Manager:<ul><li>Proven experience managing engineering scope and leading teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong background in project delivery across the full lifecycle, with an understanding of multi-disciplinary interfaces.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications for the Engineering Manager:<ul><li>Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline or chartered status, with significant demonstrable experience.</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
