Manufacturing in house fixtures to assist in production.Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production.</li><li>Perform set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.</li><li>Ensure that all machining procedures are completed in accordance with project spec.</li><li>Follow all company safety protocols IE POWSA.</li><li>Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>This role is full time and is based on site at Rosyth.Essential experience of the CNC Machinist:<ul><li>CNC programming / manual turning &amp; Milling experience.</li><li>Enthusiastic, positive attitude, good time keeping and attendance, self-motivated, ability to work safely. </li><li>Physically capable to performer duties.</li><li>Committed to Quality &amp; Communication.</li></ul>Qualifications for the CNC Machinist:<ul><li>City and Guilds in Engineering / NC in engineering / or equivalent. </li><li>Time served Apprenticeship Experience in machining.</li></ul>Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
