You shape the built environment behind programmes that matter, from major defence infrastructure to nuclear decommissioning that safeguards communities and the environment.&nbsp;Day-to-day, you will<ul type="disc"><li>Produce detailed 3D Revit models and high‑quality drawings that meet project standards and audit trails.</li><li>Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure designs integrate seamlessly across civil, structural and architectural interfaces.</li><li>Manage model and drawing updates through project phases, maintaining version control and data integrity.</li><li>Check outputs for accuracy, consistency and buildability, resolving issues proactively with stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to both defence and civil nuclear projects, bringing best practice and continuous improvement to delivery.</li></ul>&nbsp;You’ll work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Bristol or Warrington, Cheshire site. Hybrid working patterns are available, with 2–3 days in the office.&nbsp;Essential experience of the Senior Structural Technician:<ul type="disc"><li>Experience in a structural role delivering complex, large‑scale projects through full lifecycles in a commercial environment.</li><li>Advanced Revit capability, producing autonomous designs and drawing packages while coordinating with engineering teams and other disciplines.</li><li>Demonstrable engineering knowledge applied to real‑world project delivery.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills across multi‑disciplinary teams and suppliers.</li><li>A track record of quality, compliance and on‑time outputs.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications for the Senior Structural Technician:<ul type="disc"><li>Essential: We value practical expertise — if you have equivalent experience delivering structural models and drawings to industry standards, we’d like to hear from you.</li><li>Preferred: HNC in Engineering (or equivalent).
