You will coordinate and oversee travel arrangements for Babcock employees within your area of responsibility.Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the coordination and oversight of medicals, inoculations, and training compliance for all deployed personnel</li><li>Manage ad hoc requests related to employee medical and travel bookings</li><li>Liaise with external suppliers and maintain accurate use of booking systems.</li></ul>This role is part time working 22 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office and Friday working from home.
