We seek collaboration to not only deliver the project; but to improve our own skillsets and others around us.&nbsp;<ul><li>Take responsibility of the delivery of several pieces of equipment and will therefore have influence over our daily workings – following and implementing best practices within scheduling, cost control, risk management and procurement whilst working with stakeholders from across the team and wider business, to help drive delivery momentum and achieve the project goals.</li></ul>&nbsp;This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Ashton Vale, Bristol.&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience and Skills of the Project Manager- Production<ul><li>Excellent computer literacy.</li><li>Knowledge of project controls tools and how these tools operate to provide key information for decision making.</li><li>Commercially and financially astute, with a challenging mind-set.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills – communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and with external bodies.</li><li>Project Management experience.</li><li>Leadership experience.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications for the Project Manager- Production<ul><li>PFQ or PMQ (desirable) or equivalent</li></ul>&nbsp;Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.&nbsp;Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
