If you join us, you can play your part as an Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician based at our Tidworth site.&nbsp;The roleAs an Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll deliver workplace-based learning, coaching, and assessment to help apprentices complete their programmes successfully and meet industry, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements. This is a role where you’ll make a real difference, supporting the next generation of skilled professionals while strengthening Babcock’s reputation for excellence in vocational training.&nbsp;Day-to-day you’ll be required to:<ul type="disc"><li>Monitor and review learner progress in line with customer expectations</li><li>Provide portfolio-building advice and guidance</li><li>Support, motivate, and coach learners through their apprenticeship programme</li><li>Ensure compliance with awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements</li><li>Deliver scheduled visits and complete all required documentation</li></ul>&nbsp;This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires travel to our other sites alongside home working arrangements.&nbsp;Essential experience of the Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician:<ul type="disc"><li>Significant experience in an appropriate industry environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician: <ul type="disc"><li>GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above or equivalent)</li><li>Relevant industry-related qualification in Electronics (minimum Level 3)</li></ul>&nbsp;Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) + Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check security clearance for this role.&nbsp;Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
