The role
As a Warehouse and Distribution Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide essential administrative and data support to our Warehouse and Distribution team, helping to keep complex operations running smoothly and safely. This is a role where accuracy, organisation and collaboration directly support service performance, operational readiness and strong decision-making.
Day-to-day you’ll be required to:
- Supporting the Warehouse and Distribution team as a single point of contact using business systems and applications
- Producing accurate reports, management information and performance data to support key performance indicators
- Completing general administrative activities including report writing, minute taking, filing, visitor notifications and ordering supplies
- Coordinating training bookings, schedules and documentation for operational teams
- Maintaining accurate data and records to support service delivery and performance reporting
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements. We have two exciting opportunities available: one permanent role and one 12-month fixed-term contract.
Essential experience of the Warehouse and Distribution Administrator
- Using Microsoft Word in an administrative or office-based role
- Working confidently with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting
- Managing email, calendars and communication using Microsoft Outlook
Qualifications for the Warehouse and Distribution Administrator
- Standard Grade English and Mathematics at Level 3 or equivalent
- Additional administrative or business qualifications would be advantageous
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
