The Role

As a Senior Reward Analyst. you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our Group Reward Team, helping to shape and deliver compensation strategies that empower leaders across Babcock to make informed, fair and principled reward decisions. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence employee experience and business performance.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Delivering market benchmarking and intelligence to support strategic reward decisions
  • Leading on annual reward cycles and statutory reporting (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, CEO Pay Ratio)
  • Managing and analysing data to inform compensation frameworks
  • Supporting benefits and incentive scheme development
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, leadership and external partners

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Senior Reward Analyst:

  • Proven experience in a highly analytical HR or Reward role, ideally in a complex or international organisation
  • Strong background in reward reporting and statutory submissions
  • Skilled in job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking surveys
  • Experience supporting pay reviews and incentive schemes
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors), Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools

Qualifications for the Senior Reward Analyst:

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
