As a Senior Quality Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop quality improvement actions to progress over-all performance, whilst providing direction and support to the successful development of our business unit.
In this influential leadership position, you’ll lead and be accountable for the Development and Implementation of the Sense and Connect Quality Strategy, in line with the Sector over-arching strategy and Group Strategy with external accreditations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing, producing and implementing a quality management process considering the unique and common requirements for each bid
- Developing simple key performance indicators to monitor past and predict future quality performance, whilst working with the Business Unit and Functions, to develop quality improvement actions to advance over-all performance
- Managing quality performance in order to detect and fix potential issues before they become actual issues as well as conduct root cause analysis to avoid repeat issues arising
- Manage quality activities in line with Group and Sector Policies and procedures and to external Accreditations (e.g., ISO) as well as other industry, technology and Customer mandated accreditations as required.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week (flexible on hours) and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Senior Quality Manager
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a high-performing team with strong technical capability.
- Experience delivering against KPIs and reporting tangible value to stakeholders.
- Evident strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and drive solutions at pace.
- Proven aptitude for navigating complexity and ambiguity while taking ownership to deliver positive outcomes.
Qualifications for the Senior Quality Manager
- A recognised postgraduate qualification in Quality Management or significant equivalent in-role experience.
- Registered member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
