This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station’s vast network of rooms.
The role
As a Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insight-driven performance reporting across a major clean energy programme.
This is a permanent role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset. Flexible working arrangements are available.
Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
- Leading the production of accurate, integrated weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analysing trends, variances and key performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities and forecast impacts.
- Coordinating reporting inputs across delivery teams, functions and alliance partners.
- Developing integrated dashboards covering schedule, cost, progress, productivity, risk and change metrics.
- Improving reporting effectiveness through standardisation, automation and digital reporting tools.
Essential experience of the Reporting Manager
- Extensive experience within project controls, programme controls or project reporting environments.
- Strong experience producing performance reports, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Experience using project controls toolsets, including performance analysis, variance reporting, trend analysis and change control management.
- Experience working with enterprise project controls systems and reporting platforms.
- Full project lifecycle experience from project initiation through to completion.
Qualifications for the Reporting Manager
- Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management.
Security Clearance
