The role

As a Reporting – Management Systems Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Join our team to lead data-driven reporting and management system oversight at Devonport Royal Dockyard. Ensuring compliance, delivering insightful analysis, and aligning cross-functional quality efforts with strategic business goals.

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate management systems, produce monthly reports, analyse data trends, and deliver clear insights through dashboards—ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives across quality teams.

  • Liaise with teams to review and maintain LC/AC 17-compliant management systems
  • Produce monthly reports including performance goals, executive summaries, quality and compliance scores, and overall business status updates
  • Analyse data to identify trends and ensure data integrity
  • Create dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate with quality teams to align reporting with business objectives and compliance

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Reporting – Management Systems Coordinator

  • Strong IT and analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools and reporting platforms
  • Effective communicator, confident engaging across all levels of the business
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Awareness of management systems and their role in regulatory compliance

Qualifications for the Reporting – Management Systems Coordinator

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
  • APM Project Fundamentals or experience in project/customer service environments - Desirable
