The role
As a Quality Delivery Lead, you’ll be at the heart of a critical defence programme, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes that support national security. This is a unique opportunity to influence quality strategy across a highly regulated environment, while working alongside senior leaders and technical experts.
Day-to-day, you’ll be defining and delivering quality plans, coaching teams, and shaping the business management system to meet stakeholder, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Leading the development and delivery of quality strategies aligned with Cavendish Nuclear’s goals.
- Coaching and supporting teams across the business to embed quality practices.
- Defining and tailoring the application of the management system for specific projects or activities.
- Ensuring stakeholder requirements are met through a robust and up-to-date Business Management System.
- Collaborating with senior leaders to agree quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
This is a permanent position, based at Rosyth, with 2–3 days per week on site. Occasional travel to other sites and suppliers may be required. Hybrid working patterns are available.
Essential experience of the Quality Delivery Lead:
- Working within a highly regulated industry.
- Managing full project life cycles.
- Providing leadership and line management in technical environments.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
