Programme Manager Opportunities
As a Programme Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We have opportunities for Programme Managers to work on a wide range of projects. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive performance, innovation, and collaboration across engineering, production, and operations. You’ll be empowered to shape strategy, influence stakeholders, and deliver outcomes that matter - making this a career-defining opportunity in defence engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Lead infrastructure programmes to meet time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across defence operations and delivery teams.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across programme delivery.
- Oversee equipment contracts and preparing for full contract execution.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent)
- APM Chartered Project Professional or equivalent
- Practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes
- NEC accreditation
- Extensive experience leading projects and teams in complex, high-hazard, regulated environments.
- Strong background in project controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- A drive to own and shape your career development journey.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
