  • Manage the delivery of large, technically complex engineering and technology contracts for Ministry of Defence and commercial customers
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain confidence, engagement, and programme success
  • Drive programme performance, risk management, financial objectives, and delivery commitments
  • Develop and growing high-performing teams that support both successful programme delivery and future business growth

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Programme Manager

  • Strong project and programme management expertise, including bid, mobilisation, delivery, and service integration activities
  • Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating programme risks within complex delivery environments
  • Proven commercial awareness and experience operating within large, high-value programmes
  • Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and customers
