The Role

As a Production Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our workshop operations, helping to ensure vehicles and assets are repaired efficiently and effectively. This is a dynamic and hands-on role where your coordination and administrative skills will directly contribute to national defence and engineering excellence

Day-to-day, you’ll support workshop supervisors, streamlining processes, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also:

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing assets and vehicles against operational plans
  • Manage system administration, asset management, safety, and quality platforms
  • Liaise with workshop supervisors to support delivery and coordination
  • Communicate with internal teams (planning, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements

This role is full time, 39 hours per week and is based on site at Walsall.

Essential experience of the Production Support Administrator:

  • Proven administration experience in a workshop or similar operational environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Comfortable using digital systems and tools
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Qualifications for the Production Support Administrator:
